Perinatal Mental Healh

I provided compassionate therapy for those trying to conceive, and new and expecting parents navigating the emotional challenges of pregnancy and postpartum.

Every perinatal journey has its ups and downs. You may be facing emotional difficulties that feel isolating or overwhelming. I provide support for a range of challenges unique to pregnancy and postpartum, including:

  • Anxiety, depression, and mood changes during or after pregnancy

  • Birth and reproductive trauma

  • Grief following miscarriage, stillbirth, or pregnancy termination

  • Parenting after loss or NICU experiences

  • Perinatal PTSD or intrusive thoughts

  • Identity shifts related to parenting, caregiving, or life transitions

  • Stress, burnout, or overwhelm during pregnancy or postpartum

If you’re facing any of these experiences, you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy can help you feel supported, grounded, and connected to your own strength.
